Maui Private Chef Services – Menu & Pricing

Private Chef services are a very popular request amongst many of our guests who are celebrating special occasions such as an anniversary, honeymoon, or wedding, though many guests just wish to create a special evening here on Maui and do something unique while on vacation.  Chef services can take a little time to arrange as there are several components involved pending on the overall experience you are looking for. Below we have included some of our favorite menu options for your review and we can help assist in making any alternative arrangements as well if you need to make any adjustments.

Green Papaya Salad: chopped cabbage, shaved green papaya, local tomatoes and green beans tossed in a passion fruit-thai basil vinaigrette, toasted sesame seeds; honey roasted macadamia nuts

Spanish Caesar: chopped romaine, tomatoes, fresh corn, cotjia cheese; toasted pumpkin seeds; roasted chile-lime vinaigrette

Wedge Salad: local baby romaine wedge, local tomatoes and sweet maui onions, smokey bleu cheese crumbles, black forest bacon, spiced macadamia nuts; house buttermilk dressing & sweet balsamic drizzle

Entree Menu Selections 

Entree includes your choice of two proteins, one starch, and always includes fresh market vegetables.

Fresh fish is always a locally sourced, premium mild whitefish, and varies based on what is freshest available. We serve locally raised and grass-fed beef when available. We suggest it to be enjoyed at a temperature between Medium Rare and Medium.

Strawberries & Crème Brûlée: extra creamy vanilla bean creme brûlée made from scratch; served with local strawberries flambéd in mixture of local rums

Pineapple Upside Down Cake: fresh pineapple & rum baked in classic yellow cake and served warm; cherry vanilla sauce; coconut haupia ice cream

Passion Fruit Pie: local twist on Key Lime Pie; made with perfectly tart lilikoi instead of lime; macadamia nut-graham cracker crust, fresh vanilla bean whipped cream
